A proposal, enrollment confirmation or other written service agreement may contain additional terms for a specific PAOSOKO program. If there is a conflict, the signed or expressly accepted service agreement governs the service concerned.
1. About PAOSOKO
PAOSOKO Limited is a Hong Kong education and consulting company offering language training, exam preparation, admissions support, professional development and corporate learning services. References to “PAOSOKO”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean PAOSOKO Limited.
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful, personal or internal business purposes connected with learning about PAOSOKO and making inquiries. You must not interfere with the website or its security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website at unreasonable scale, misrepresent your identity or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
3. Website information
We aim to keep website content clear and current, but general website information is not a binding offer, professional advice or a guarantee that a service, trainer, schedule or outcome will be available. Program scope, delivery, timing and fees are confirmed separately after we understand your needs.
4. Inquiries and service agreements
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, trainer or student relationship and does not reserve a place. A service begins only when the parties have agreed the relevant scope and any required enrollment, proposal or confirmation process has been completed. You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to us is accurate and that you are authorized to provide personal data about anyone else.
5. Fees, scheduling and cancellations
Fees, due dates, session arrangements, rescheduling, cancellations, refunds and any expiry periods are stated in the applicable proposal, enrollment confirmation or service agreement. You should review those terms before confirming a service. Where no specific term has been agreed, PAOSOKO will communicate reasonable arrangements having regard to trainer commitments, preparation already completed and the circumstances of the request.
6. Learner and client responsibilities
You agree to participate respectfully, attend as arranged, complete agreed preparation where relevant, protect your sign-in account and portal access, notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised, and use learning materials only for their intended purpose. Portal access is personal and may not be shared or used to view another person’s records. Corporate clients are responsible for identifying authorized contacts and explaining any approved reporting arrangements to participants.
7. Admissions and examination outcomes
PAOSOKO provides guidance, preparation and organizational support. Decisions about admissions, visas, scholarships, examinations and professional opportunities are made by independent institutions or authorities. We do not guarantee acceptance, a particular score or any other outcome. Applicants remain responsible for reviewing and approving the accuracy of their submissions and for meeting official requirements and deadlines.
8. Trainers and program delivery
We select trainers with regard to relevant qualifications, experience and program fit. Where reasonably necessary, we may change a trainer, schedule, platform or delivery method while taking steps to preserve the agreed learning objectives. Any material service change will be communicated to the relevant client or learner.
9. Intellectual property
The PAOSOKO name, visual identity, website content and original program materials are owned by or licensed to PAOSOKO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may use supplied materials for your own learning or authorized internal business training, but may not sell, publish, redistribute, record, reproduce at scale or create commercial adaptations from them.
10. Third-party services and marks
The website may mention or link to third-party organizations, platforms or resources. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. A link or reference does not mean that the third party endorses PAOSOKO. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal data. By submitting information through the website, you acknowledge that policy.
12. AI-assisted operations
PAOSOKO may use controlled AI tools to assist authorized personnel with administrative, communication and onboarding tasks. Agent access is permission-based and monitored. AI-produced drafts and recommendations may contain errors and are subject to appropriate human review. Creating a learning-portal account through the agent workflow requires finance confirmation, client-handoff preparation and express administrator approval.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, PAOSOKO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Any liability connected with a paid service is governed primarily by the applicable service agreement.
14. Suspension and termination
We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law or respond to misuse. Rights and obligations that by their nature should continue—including intellectual-property, privacy and liability provisions—remain in effect after access or a service ends.
15. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless an applicable service agreement provides otherwise.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our website, services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter an already agreed service unless the parties agree or the law requires it.
